Prices and payment

The prices of the services are clearly listed on the Full Dish Coaching web site and can be supplied in writing on request. We provide a free fact finding no obligation session to help you decide if the service we provide for you is right before any payment is requested however we will require that payment is made in full prior to any coaching session taking place. In cases where multiple sessions are booked payment can be broken down to a representative fee per session, which needs to be paid before each session. This breakdown of payment can be sent to you prior to ordering should you require it.

Cancellation of session

Although Full Dish Coaching will endeavour to make every effort to reschedule sessions should unforeseen circumstance arise for the client Full Dish Coaching does have the right to charge a cancellation fee if a coaching session is cancelled within 24 hours the appointment for telephone session or 5 working days for a face-to-face session. These charges will be £10 for telephone sessions and incurred expenses for face-to-face sessions (e.g. prior booking of office space, accommodation, travel expenses etc) up to 100% of the coaching session fee. There will be a minimum cancellation charge of £20 for any face-to-face session cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

Full Dish Coaching will supply the services agreed to the best of our ability. In the case of unavoidable circumstances, such as illness, the work will be completed as soon as practicable or sessions rescheduled at no further charge to the client. The client will be entitled to a full refund of any money paid for services not provided.

Financial transactions

Financial transactions are dealt with by PayPal, who are responsible for account security. Full Dish coaching will not have access to any client banking information unless specifically given by the client. Payment can also be made by cheque or bank transfer

Coaching Locations and calls

Face-to-face sessions will take place at mutually agreed location, which will be arranged by Full Dish Coaching and will be included in the price quoted

Calls to land line numbers in the UK are made by Full Dish Coaching and so are of no additional coast to you. When calls are to be made overseas or to mobile telephones the client is requested to call Full Dish Coaching and therefore the client will pay for the cost of the call.

Full Dish Coaching will travel to meet the client at their own premises and other locations however there may be additional cost and quotes will be given prior to clients placing an order.

CV writing

The prices quoted for CV writing include discussion via telephone or email with the final CV version being sent to you via email or via post. Although we will make every effort to ensure that there are no errors on your CV it will be your responsibility to check that all the details are correct and we cannot be held responsible for errors. We cannot guarantee you will be successful in your future job search but will wish you every success.

Data Protection and confidentiality

Full Dish Coaching complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. No client information will be supplied to a third party without the client’s written permission. All information supplied by the client will remain confidential. Notes are kept secure.

Limits of Liability

Full Dish Coaching guarantees to provide a professional service but we are unable to guarantee that the client will achieve their goals, or obtain employment as a result of the process. The client will be responsible for any actions they decide to take following any services provide by Full Dish Coaching. Full Dish Coaching holds professional liability insurance. Use of the Full Dish Coaching service and any dispute arising out of such use of the service is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.

Copyright

Full Dish Coaching requests the client will respect the copyright of all materials, reports and other documentation created by Full Dish Coaching in the course of supplying the services. The client is not allowed to reproduce or distribute Full Dish material unless they have permission from Full Dish Coaching.
