Here are a few details you might like to know about me:

I have set-up Full Dish Coaching with the aim of making quality coaching and career support services affordable, as I know what a useful tools they can be to get people to where they want to be in a timely way.

So what can I bring to you?

I bring my experience from the public and private sector, where I worked for a number of years as a line manager within a large international organisation, successfully coaching and developing staff. I have conducted over 100 interviews, reviewed many CVs, written personal development plans, constructed SMART objectives and undertaken numerous staff appraisals. In doing this I have encountered many challenges in helping both senior and junior staff achieve their goals and reach their potential.
A great deal of my work has been with graduates coming to the jobs market plus those returning to work after redundancy or a career break.
I understand about balancing a busy working and family life and have explored a number of career options and choices for myself, so understand the many choices that can be made.
My approach is to bring structure and focus to your challenges and options, and so support you in achieving your goals. I like to think of my style as friendly and honest.
